The Kappo dining style is a step above Izakaya style dining.
It offers more authentic, quality Japanese dishes served in a modern bistro-like environment.

At WAQU, over 30 items of dishes are available on our a la carte menu from small plate of sake steamed clams and tempura whiting to traditional style of sashimi plate and our famous, tender, juicy and deeply flavoured WAGYU beef steak. A few differnt cuts of WAGYU beef are available all the time like Sirloin, Rib Eye, Flank and Rump Cap of Full-blood or F3 WAGYU.

The Fine Dining section offers degaustation menus only in a sleek and intimate setting. The Six or Eight course seasonal menus are perfect for any special occasons, corporate functions or social gathering.

At WAQU, we do our best to cater to all dietary requirements and offer course menus to suit everyone. Gluten free, lactose free and vegetarian course menus are available. If any of these or other special dietary options are required please advise at the time of booking in order for us to tailor your menu to suit.
